With the Steam Dev Days coming up on day two now, there has been word that Steam will be supporting 12 new currencies this year.
Thanks to a Tweet from Coffee Stain Studios' Armin Ibrisagic, we can see a slideshow image which shows a list of currencies that Valve would like to support on their digital platform.
The guys over at VG24/7 have deciphered that currencies from Australia, Canada, Indonesia, Japan, New Zealand, Malaysia, Mexico, the Philippines, Singapore, Norway, Thailand and the Ukraine will soon be supported by Steam.
Now there has been some issues in the past where games are just generally more expensive in some countries than others and various other things. I wonder if this new currency situation will help sort that out, or will it make things worse?
