Unfortunately Rockstar have delayed Grand Theft Auto V until March as we all know, but the pre-order for the game has just appeared on Steam, and it comes with bonuses if you do it before February rolls around.
You can grab it from the Steam store starting from now (at a hefty £40 for us Brits), and the page reads the following for bonus content if you pre-order before February.
PRE-PURCHASE BY FEBRUARY 1 AND GET $1,000,000 IN-GAME PLUS A BONUS $300,000 AND A BONUS GAME
Pre-purchase and get $1,000,000 in-game ($500,000 for Grand Theft Auto V and $500,000 for Grand Theft Auto Online).
Pre-purchase by February 1 and get a bonus $300,000 for Grand Theft Auto Online and a bonus digital download of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas on PC.
Grand Theft Auto V for PC will be available for pre-load prior to release.
So it seems that you will get the bonus $1,000,000 regardless of when you pre-order, but doing so before February will allow you to receive other benefits, such as more money for GTA Online, and a copy of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, which incidentally, just got an update to remove a lot of tracks, if purchased from Steam.
