In a very unnoticed fashion, Hitman Contracts has been made available on Steam, and it seems that the initial audio issues that were noted in reviews, have been resolved.

The game is available for $7 from the Steam store and since launching has had an update to fix the audio issue.

When the game was first released on Steam there were numerous reviews stating that you shouldn't buy the game because all audio, yes, voices, music, etc. had been removed from the game.

As it turns out this wasn't intentional and the Hitman guys did a good job of getting the issue fixed as soon as they could.

Oh and ignore the screenshots, apparently the widescreen options are working perfectly fine.
