Konami have revealed their nine-month earnings for the period ending December 31st and there is some good news for PC fans of Metal Gear Solid. The company reported that sales of Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes have been "solid." Though they didn't provide a specific number of units sold.

Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes only released to PC in December 2014 so to see Konami say what they have done is refreshing news to hear for PC fans. Digital Entertainment, which is Konami's game division did however report a decrease in total revenue, reporting in at $580 million for the three quarter period. On the other hand the company's operating income increased by about 40% over 2013's figures, coming in at $70 million.

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain was also mentioned briefly, with Konami saying that it is still on schedule to be released this year on PC although no specific date has been mentioned as of yet.
