After it was announced earlier this week that Grand Theft Auto V had been delayed on PC again, this time until mid-April, Rockstar have released some brand new screenshots to soften the blow, or something.
Rockstar, Rockstar, Rockstar, you really need to get things together now. So you've managed to finally give us a release date for GTA Online heists, which is March 10th, but at the same time you've delayed the PC version of the game until the middle of April now? God dammit.
When the pre-order for Grand Theft Auto V became available you were able to get $1,000,000 in-game credits as well as an extra $300,000 and a free copy of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas if you pre-ordered before February 1st. However, it looks like Rockstar have extended the date for earning extra stuff, although it doesn't include an extra copy of San Andreas anymore.
Unfortunately Rockstar have delayed Grand Theft Auto V until March as we all know, but the pre-order for the game has just appeared on Steam, and it comes with bonuses if you do it before February rolls around.
There has been speculation over the past few weeks that there could be a potential delay to the release of Grand Theft Auto V for PC users, and today, it was confirmed that was indeed the case. We were promised system requirements before Christmas, and we got them today, but they came with an unfortunate delay to the release.
Update: Rockstar have now released a trailer for the new Heists mode, which you can watch via the "related video" link above.
There is a rumour floating around that the developers who worked on bringing Max Payne 3 to PC are also doing the same for Grand Theft Auto V. There has been no confirmation on the development team for the PC version yet, which is just over a month away now.
After Rockstar detailed the awesome changes coming to Grand Theft Auto V for the PC version next year, we didn't expect to be writing a headline like that when we saw the first person mechanic.
Rockstar promised a long time ago that they would be adding heists to Grand Theft Auto V but they are still yet to appear despite new versions of the game releasing within the next month.
