Those of you that have bought Far Cry 4 from third-party retailers G2A or G2Play may find that your copy of the game is being removed from Uplay by Ubisoft. This is according to the Ubisoft support forums anyway.

There was no warning given to users about the game being removed from their library and they are being advised to contact the original seller about the issue.

This isn't the first time that G2Play and its affiliates have been having issues though, they don't have a great track record when it comes to selling PC games. They have previously been found to be re-selling Surgeon Simulator without permission keys and Humble Bundle charity packages. As well as that, back in 2009, Valve and Activision acted on them for "illegitimate" reselling of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 keys.

Have you been affected by this at all? If you have what you been told after contacting the original seller? Let us know!
